- Services and Placement
RepStack provides remote staffing and Employer of Record services to digital marketing agency owners and GoHighLevel SaaS businesses. Our services include sourcing, vetting, training, and placing associates, as well as managing employment compliance on behalf of clients.
Specific service terms — including placement timelines, fees, payment schedules, replacement guarantees, and EOR obligations — are governed by your individual service agreement with RepStack. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and your service agreement, your service agreement takes precedence.
- Employer of Record Obligations
Where RepStack acts as Employer of Record for associates placed with client agencies, RepStack assumes legal responsibility for employment contracts, payroll, benefits, and compliance in the relevant jurisdiction. Clients agree to cooperate fully with RepStack’s EOR processes and to provide accurate information required for employment compliance.
Clients may not engage RepStack associates as independent contractors or direct employees without RepStack’s prior written consent.
- Payment Terms
Clients are invoiced on a bi-weekly basis per placed associate. Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Invoices are due on the date stated. Late payments may result in suspension of placement services.
You pay nothing until you hire. Your first invoice is generated only after you have selected and confirmed a candidate following your Placement Call.
- Disclaimers
Repstack.co and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. RepStack makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content on this site.
RepStack does not warrant that the site will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on this site.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RepStack Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to RepStack in the three months preceding the claim.

- Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and RepStack with respect to your use of this site and supersede all prior communications and agreements.
