Our Vetting Process

How we vet every associate

Our Vetting Process for RemoteStaffing

Every agency claims a rigorous process. We’re showing you ours — stage by stage.

You've heard "rigorousvetting"before. It didn't mean anything.

Every staffing agency says they screen candidates carefully. Most won’t tell you how — because there isn’t much to tell.

If you can’t see the process, you can’t trust it. So here is exactly what happens before any associate reaches your Placement Call.

  • Application Review

Resume, work history, and portfolio screened for consistency and specificity.
  • Skills Assessment

Role-specific testing — not a generic aptitude quiz.
  • Video Interview

Live, unscripted conversation. No camera issues. No exceptions.
  • Role-Specific Training

Before placement — not after. Associates arrive ready, not learning on your dime.

what each stage actually catches

Stage 1
Application Review
What happens:  Every resume and portfolio is checked for consistency — work history, claimed experience, and the specificity of past project descriptions.

What it catches:  Candidates who can't describe their own past work in specific detail. Portfolios that look assembled from someone else's samples.

Stage 2
Skills Assessment
What happens:  A role-specific test — not a generic quiz. A media buyer is tested on campaign strategy. A GHL automation specialist is tested on workflow logic, not button-clicking.

What it catches:  Candidates who can talk about a discipline but can't perform it. Surface-level platform familiarity without strategic understanding.

Stage 3
Video Interview
What happens:  A live, unscripted conversation — every candidate, no exceptions. We ask about specific past projects and listen for real detail, not rehearsed answers.

What it catches:  Candidates who avoid video calls. Communication that doesn't match a resume claiming fluency. Vague answers to specific questions.

Stage 4
Role-Specific Training
What happens:  Candidates who pass all three stages complete training specific to their role — media buying, SEO, website, or CRM — before they are ever shortlisted to you.

What it catches:  The gap between 'has used the tool' and 'can deliver results with it.' Training happens before placement, not on your time after.
